As a professional in the climate space, I use geospatial methods and creative communications to achieve climate justice at the intersection of research and action.
My love for the environment was influenced by my upbringing in Curaçao, an island with ~ 150,000 people surrounded by clear blue waters and desert-like vegetation. My love for the environment was complemented by a fear of what would happen to my island as the effects of climate change worsened, which shaped my decision to pursue a career in climate justice.
